Day 1: Singapore - Incheon (Seoul) (MEAL ON BOARD)
Assemble at Changi International Airport for your flight to Seoul, capital of the “Land of Modern Miracles and Ancient Traditional.”
Day 2: Incheon - Seoul (LUNCH)
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly guide and proceed to visit the Unification Observatory, the boarder between South and North Korea. The Unification Observatory is the closest location to the north, and many people who visits are those who were separated from their families during the Korean War. You can see monuments built in the hope of reunification here. Next, visit the nearby Imjingak which was built in 1972 with the hope that someday unification would be possible. The Three-storied Imjingak is surrounded by several Monuments, Unification Park and North Korea Center. Imjingak is now one of the famous tourist spots for foreigners in Gyeonggi-do Province because it is possible to visit without going through any security check points. Next visit The Bridge of the Freedom. This is where the South Koreans crossed when they came back to their mother country from North Korea. It stands behind Mangbaedan. In the afternoon, proceed to Herbnara. Located in the picturesque Heungjeong Valley, it is also the scene of the famous Korean Novel “When the Buckwheat flower blossom”. At Herbnara, you can learn about the growth of herbs from processing to merchandising and also its usage in our everyday lives. Next proceed to Ilsan La’festa Shopping Street for some shopping spree. This is a consciously designed suburban-style market. They have restaurants, street vendors, stores, board game cafes, arcades etc. There is also a thriving street vendor culture with all manner of souvenirs and street games to entertain visitor. Day 3: Mount Sorak - Suwon (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
After breakfast proceed to visit the famous historical site, Suwon Fortress and Suwon Hanggung. Suwon hanggung designated as the World Heritage by the UNESCO is also the fliming site of korea drama “Daejanggeum”. In the afternoon, visit the Korean Buddhist Nirvana Order - Wowoojongsa Temple. According to the Guiness Book of Records, Wowoojongsa Temple has the world’s first wooden Buddha. It consists of various gorgeous sites which include a beautiful peaceful garden. Next, arrive at one of Korea biggest branded shopping outlet, Yeoju Premium outlet. There you will find more than hundred different branded products for your shopping preference. Accommodation: Suwon Korea Tourist Hotel or New Rasung Tourist Hotel or similar 4 star hotel.
Day 4: Seoul - Yeoju - Suwon (BREAKFAST/LUNCH)
After breakfast proceed to the Royal Pass (Inc: Telescope Fee). Next learn to make your own kimchi at a Kimchi making lesson. You can take home the Kimchi you have learnt to make. In the afternoon, visit the Beauty School facial massage for a free massage. Next visit Cheongyecheon where a river flows within from City Hall to the “Han” river area. Spot interesting fountains and waterfalls along the river stream. After admiring the river, proceed straight to the Korean Entertainment Hall of Fame. Here, you will get to learn about Korea latest news in entertainment and music. Lastly visit Dongdaemun Market for another of your shopping spree before heading back to the hotel. Day 5: Seoul (-)
Today is a free day for you to explore the city on your own. Accommodation: CO’OP Residence Hotel or Seoul Green World Hotel or similar 4 star hotel.
Day 6: Seoul - Incheon - Singapore (BREAKFAST)
After breakfast, visit the kyungbock Palace. The palace symbolizes the centralized power of the Chosun Dynasty. Drives pass the Blue House, residence of the President of Korea before arriving at the Ginseng Monopoly Showroom. Next, continue shopping at the Amethyst factory and The Face Shop. In the afternoon, arrive at Shinchon Shopping Street for last minute shopping before transfer to Incheon International Airport for your flight back to Singapore with fond memories of a wonderful holiday with us!
