Day 1: Singapore / Beijing (MEALS ON BOARD/DINNER) (Fly By SQ Airlines)
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to the capital of China-Beijing. Upon arrival, you will visit Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world, located at the geographical center of Beijing City. The Monument to the People's Heroes, Tiananmen Tower, Imperial Ancestral Temple, the state temple, and Great Hall of the People, the Chinese History Museum, the Mao Mausoleum and Zhengyangmen surrounds the square. Next, you will check in. Tonight, enjoy the famous Beijing Acrobatic Show which promise an exhilarating and heart stopping experience. You will definitely feel as though you are swirling through the air along with the professional acrobats even in your seats!
Day 2: Beijing (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
After breakfast, proceed to visit the spectacular Great Wall of China. It stretches 6100km from east to west of China. As a Chinese saying goes that He who has never been to Great Wall is not a true man. After lunch, you will visit The Ming Dynasty Tombs, located northwest from Beijing City. It is the general name given to the mausoleums of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty, and the underground chamber discovered is the Dingling tomb. The entire structure is magnificent and perfectly preserved. Tonight, savor Beijing's famous Peking Roast Duck - do remember to relish in the heavenly combination of crispy duck skin rolled in thin lotus leaf pancakes and sweet sauce.
Day 3: Beijing (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
After breakfast, you will visit the solemn and brilliant the Forbidden City, called Gu Gong in Chinese. It is the world's largest palace complex and also the most well preserved complex in China today. These unique and delicately structured royal architectural wonders with its splendid painted decorations embody the artistic features and style of ancient Chinese palace architecture. In the afternoon, proceed to tour Xishan and the Summer Palace, known for its beautiful waters and winding paths. Tonight, you will enjoy an Imperial Banquet specially prepared for you. Definitely a dinner fit for a king.
Day 4: Beijing (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
After breakfast, you will visit the Temple of Heaven, it is the grandest cult architecture complex in China. Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasty used to worship the heaven and pray for favourable weather and ample harvest in this sacred temple. Continue to visit Yonghe temple, which is the largest lamasery in present day Beijing. This building was the residence of Emperor Yongzheng when he was just a prince, later changed to a lamasery. This elegant and ancient temple became the national center of Lama administration.
Day 5: Beijing - Shanghai (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
Free for leisure after breakfast, thereafter, travel to Shanghai by a domestic flight. Upon arrival, proceed to visit the largest temple in Shanghai, which keeps the precious jade Buddhist statues the temple of Jade Buddha. Next, visit the Shanghai Bund, situated on the eat bank of the Huangpu river. On one side of the bund, the most famous and attractive are the 52 various finance and commercial buildings of different European architectural styles. On the other side, you can enjoy a scenic view of an endless string of boat and the many activities along the river. At night, the river and buildings are lit up by an abundance of bright coloured lights, a wonderful and exciting look not to be missed.
Day 6: Shanghai (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)
After breakfast, you will visit The Oriental Pearl TV Tower, it is the tallest TV tower in the Asia and the third highest in the world. It offers a splendid unparalleled view of the Bund, the emerging new modern Shanghai. Next, proceed to Yuyuan Garden, built more than 400 years ago. The pavilions, rockeries and ponds all represent the unique architectural styles of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Thereafter, proceed to Nanjing Road and Xiangyang Market for some fantastic shopping. Shanghai is hailed as the "Shopping Paradise" with its fabulous spread of top-end designer brands from all over the world, as well as a variety of other exquisite products.
Day 7: Shanghai - Singapore (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/MEAL ON BOARD)
After breakfast, feel free to browse around. Transfer to the airport after lunch for your flight home.
